The choice of the generator is based on the requirements. An integration of ultrasonics into a machine in which the welding process must be programmed within the machine process, requires the Alpha module. Small to medium-sized applications can easily be realized with UCS; since the welding modes are already in the PLC program, only the application has to be programmed.
For simple applications without special requirements, further generator models are available.
